1. Cancellation and Refund Eligibility:
Cancellations made 24-28 hours before the departure time are eligible for a full refund, minus a processing fee of 5% of the total package cost.
Cancellations made 15-23 hours before departure qualify for a 50% refund of the total package cost.
Cancellations made 7-14 hours before departure are eligible for a 25% refund.
Cancellations made less than 7 hours before departure are non-refundable.
2. Refund Processing:
Refund requests must be submitted in writing via email or our customer service portal.
Refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days from the date of approval.
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during booking.
3. Special Considerations:
If the cancellation is due to unforeseen medical emergencies, death of an immediate family member, or natural disasters, we may offer a partial refund or travel credit upon submission of valid documentation.
In cases of government-imposed travel restrictions or airline cancellations, we will provide a full refund or reschedule option, subject to supplier policies.
4. Non-Refundable Components:
Certain package components, such as non-refundable airline tickets, hotel bookings, and activity reservations, may not be eligible for a refund, even if the package is canceled.
Optional add-ons, such as travel insurance and visa fees, are non-refundable.
5. Changes and Rescheduling:
Customers can request date changes or reschedule their trip at least 14 hours prior to departure, subject to availability and possible fare differences.
A rescheduling fee may apply, depending on the new travel dates and package components.
